Verslag Cruise Marina
Route: Barcelona-Fort Lauderdale
Time: sept. 2011
Just a quick note to let you know that we
returned from the Marina transatlantic cruise last week and now everything
is back to normal.
The ship is very very nice and has lots of
public space. The art work is excellent and as usual the food is great. It
has two new non paying restaurants, Jacques which is a French restaurant and
Red Ginger which is an Asian restaurant . Both are fine but Jacques isn't
very French. But good none the less.
Actually I think that Barbara and I both prefer
the smaller ex Renaissance ships like the Regatta.
I spoke with my friend in Oceania yesterday and
he told me that they had picked up the option for the third ship to be a
sister ship of the Marina and Riviera but that it will go to their sister
company "Regent" which is interesting. Regent is more "up scale" and higher
priced then Oceania. It is an "all inclusive" line.
All the best,
